Maintenance and SEO Hourly Rate:

• Embed pages from other websites, one per quarter.

• Installation of webpages on web hosting service.

Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as much as possible. Attachments should be in text format (txt, Word .doc formats are fine). Send digitized pictures in formats such as .jpg, .gif, .psd, .png .bmp.

Updates may also be sent by postal mail or by fax. This will require retyping data or the scanning of photos and will incur additional costs to complete.

Not included

Widgets, Flash banners, slideshows, animation, video captioning, dropdown menus and complex submenus. Adding new pages to your website is an additional expense. The cost per page is lower if you are enrolled in a monthly maintenance plan.
